nhường trong lòng, xin đoái nghe lời con cầu…
Lạy Chúa Giêsu, xin giải thoát
con:
. Khỏi lòng ham muốn được quí trọng
. Khỏi lòng ham muốn được yêu mến
· Khỏi lòng ham muốn được tôn vinh
· Khỏi lòng ham muốn được ngưỡng mộ
· Khỏi lòng ham muốn được ca tụng
· Khỏi lòng ham muốn được ưu đãi hơn người
· Khỏi lòng ham muốn được tham vấn
· Khỏi lòng ham muốn được chấp thuận
· Khỏi nỗi sợ bị hạ nhục
· Khỏi nỗi sợ bị khinh chê

còn con phải hạ xuống
· Cho người khác được tuyển chọn, còn con bị loại
trừ
· Cho người khác được ca tụng, còn con bị lãng
quên
· Cho người khác được ưa thích hơn con trong mọi
sự
· Cho người khác được thánh thiện hơn con, miễn là con
phải thánh thiện như con có thể.
